Refunds and returns

Short version: before you reveal a key you can cancel for a full refund. After revealing it, we help if the key doesn’t work.

Before revealing the key

Open your order and choose “Cancel and refund”. The money returns to your payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

After revealing the key

A revealed key can’t be returned, because it can’t be taken back from you. If it does not activate, use “Key doesn’t work?” on the order: we check it and replace it or refund you.

Wrong region

We show the activation region before payment and warn you if it doesn’t match your country. If you bought a key for the wrong region by mistake and haven’t revealed it yet, you can still cancel.
