Open PlayStation Store
On your console open PlayStation Store, or open the PlayStation App on your phone.

Redeem Codes and Gift Cards
Select your avatar or the “…” menu, then “Redeem Codes and Gift Cards”.

Enter the code
Enter the 12-character code and confirm.

Done
The content downloads automatically, or the funds appear in your wallet.

“The code you entered is not valid”

PlayStation codes are region-locked: your account country must match the card’s region.

“This code has already been used”

Check your transaction history; contact support if you didn’t redeem it.
